Bad customer service

I am very unhappy about the service I got from aramex in Durban I had a parcel from Johannesburg postnet tht was paid R1400 for overnight courier to postnet durban. I was told the parcel will arrive Friday 5/11/2021 before 12pm Only to find tht the parcel was not there on the day. . I thn phoned postnet in Johannesburg. I was told that the parcel is already in Durban but there was no drivers to deliver the parcel to the hotel I must go fetch my parcel myself to the aramex. Fine with tht had to pay again for the transport to go ro fetch the parcel. When I got there the security from the gate told me that the parcel is still in joburg tht was the message from the mananger. I then demanded to see the mananger as I was very very upset for all the means I have done. It was thn that the mananger brought my parcel from the back. I was very upset as this was supposed to be prevented before. I felt that it was very unfair. My vacation was ruined as I was crying a lot about tht. I feel that I must be paid my whole cost money for the courier nd my transport money Regards Mapule O***
