Bad customer service

I received a message on the 4th that my parcel has been shipped, on the 7th I received a message that it is ready for delivery, before the end of business on the 7, the parcel was rescheduled for the next business day, which is today the 8th, no correspondence nothing, tried to chat with agents on WhatsApp and Instagram no one is getting back to me, till now, I'm so disappointed by this kind of service, I don't know how many times I tried to phone
