Bad customer experience from Aramex

Good day, I was expecting a parcel from Amazon today via Aramex and no one came to deliver. No ring at the gate by the security at the complex. I asked the security guard and they said nobody came from Aramex. I see they just updated on their site that I could not be contacted. My order number is: ***. My contact number is: +***.Is this the first time they do an online shopping delivery??????. Sounds like they do not know that they have to go to the delivery address. This is not on. I made sure that there is someone at home the whole day. I made sure that there will be someone waiting for the delivery.
