Bad customer experience

I have been waiting for a package sent on Saturday. I know know there were holidays, however I have called aramex countless times including today which is not a holiday and I hold for hours drop and keep trying other number but still no answer. I can’t even find my package when I track it says package not found but Aramex is not answering to give me answers. I have been on hold all morning. I really need my package and feel disappointed in the service
