Bad courier service ever

If I was given an option to choose courier for my parcel by stylephase I was gonna tell them not to use This one,when I track my parcel it states system administrative update,and there are no contact where I can call and find the issue.

My order number is HME39939 and my order was supposed to be delivered..can you help me so aramex can see this and send my parcel.
