Bad courier service

I’am very numb and speechless about your poor service.

Guys, this company isn’t doing any justice, I paid my parcel end of OCTOBER for 3-5 days delivery door to door.

4 weeks back the courier guy called claiming that he is at Sekhukhune and I tried explaining to him politely that it’s far from where I stay atleast he should come closer (mind you I paid door to door delivery), the guy called after 3 days saying that he Is in town very far. atleast this guy asked for an apology politely explaining that this side is not his place for delivering.

2 weeks after no call no parcel. I had to find their WhatsApp contact their response “wait for 72 hrs “ that 72 hrs has elapsed on Friday the 22nd. On the 25th I received a call from a different courier guy he is in the different town.Funny enough he is like “ sistere they switched your contact parcel with someone and I’am here at that place the lady claims that the parcel is not hers and also the names aren’t corresponding sooo my sister i repeat I’am not coming that side the company will see now m heading somewhere”… I don’t know 🤷♀️ now but if ever you wanna use your parcel fast fast never ever use Aramex you Better opt for Pep. I’am frustrated and left with no choice than to report the company. Today I WhatsApp again and nothing is promising
