Bad courier service

I ordered clothes with Dripshopza on the 3rd of December... On the 5th recieved confirmation from Aramex that my parcel was recieved and checking status it had to be delivered on the 10th... The 10th came all of the sudden I can't track my parcel its been since in Transit on the app its 2 weeks gng on 3 weeks since parcel hasn't been delivered... This is horrible service... Customers are being misled and treated unfairly.... Including being misled when tracking on the Aramex app... My parcel has been sitting on transit status and told its at the head office in sandton however no signs of anything in delivery of my parcel... What kind of service is this
