Bad courier service

Please do yourself a favour, never ever use Aramex for courier services! You cannot trace your parcel, you have to hold on the phone for half an hour before you get to speak to an agent, their system 'bot' is just useless. My parcel left Durban a week ago and I cannot trace it!! All in all it is just a painful experience - there are many alternative, more efficient suppliers available.
