BAD COURIER COMPANY LOOTING CLIENTS

Bad bad bad service i have never received from other courier companies, my order was send to this company the 4th of august one was going to Jhb one at PE from Pretoria i believe JHB is the closed but till to date i have not received my item, i have made contact with their customer service department where am not winning and they keep stating that my delivery will be tomorrow will the the next day, today i called and requested the agency that has my order they advised they not allowed to give such information i then was advised that the same lady i spoke to a day before will call me back but they will deliver today most definitely. look at the time spend calling them when they know very well they are not capable at delivering the best and what they promised they do.

they most irritating part it when they kees telling us we can track the parcel but the information from the tracking system and what they advising me are two different feed back. this is the company that i will never ever use it service it is not professional and i still ask y self a parcel that travel for 20 hours was received and parcel that will only take 1:30 it still roaming roukant i just wonder if do they still have my item or not?
