Bad Courier

Will never use this Courier in my life again. Useless. They claim to deliver within 24-72 hours this has been 5 days now and they haven't even picked up the parcel as yet. I have phoned them and they don't even want to refund my shipping money or my Parcel and it will just have to wait until one day they can get to it. Shocking Service to say the least.
