Bad Company

Most Pathetic company i have ever had to deal with, every time i open a ticket it is being closed again and cant continue to resolve my issue which they created by mislabeling a item i had to ship from usa to za, after 13 emails eventually got them to redirect my package, had to pay 15 dollars for the shipment and they have yet to provide me with any updates or tracking number, they have thus far also never rep**** to my emails since then again, hope this company fails because we don't need this much struggle on top of our already busy life...
