Bad communication and service

Very infuriated with their service. Been calling day after day to have my parcel delivered urgently as I need it tomorrow. I keep getting told I'll get called back as soon as they recieve feedback but it's going day 3 now and no one can give me an update . Everyday my package gets sent back as the driver has run out of time and then the next day it's out for delivery again . Tell me how difficult is it to deliver 1 parcel to an address . 27 buisness hours later and still nothing . Where i live is a main center not far from the sandton main office . I honestly expected better from aramex as it's parcel express that i paid for . I would give 0 stars if I could
