BAD BAD VER BAD SERVICE - ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA

I ordered something from a private company that is using Aramex as the courier as of monday 22 February 2021 when i phone to follow up on my parcel they told me the following day then i phoned again on tuesday 23 February 2021 they told me the parcel will be delivered on Wednesday 24 February 2021 when i phoned in on 24February 2021 they told me the parcel is going to jhb for delivery and that is not the adress i gave through for delivery and not once they confirmed with me my adress for the parcel to be delivered then i told them i want the parcel to be delivered today 24 February 2021 then they told me sorry it can not be delivered today only tonorrow 25 February 2021 and they sat for they incovenience that is unacceptable to wait almost a week long and then they have the adress wrong that i the customer gave through correctly.

I also asked them if i will ever receive my parcel if they gave bad service like that
