Bad bad service...ARAMEX South Africa

The wosrt service ever I have no words....my mouth is dry. The long waiting on the phone, useless application no one is monitoring it. I pity the call center agent's but the company is worst courier service. It makes me hate global shopping. Its worse there is no explanation on the app on why im experience the delays. From 16 November my order is on "customs declaration issued for inspection" status. Honestly I'm disappointed...very sad ARAMEX.
