Bad Bad service

Why do we still sent packages with this people. This is really bad service. They say they will get back to you but don't call back. When you call again. Then their system is off. I order my package from chine on the 13th September. My arrival date was on the 1st October. Today is the 15th October and still my package are with customs South Africa. My package arrive in South Africa on on the 23rd of September. This is really slow service. So who ever reading this. Please don't make use of Aramex. You will maybe wait longer than me.
