Bad Bad Service

I had a parcel shipped from Kemptom Park Office on the 11th Dec to Johannesburg-. Melville Post Net. I used the Postnet service option, as I thought they were a fast and reliable service.

It is the 18th Dec and my parcel didn't arrive at the Postnet nor can Aramax track down the parcel, which was gifts for family members, I am visiting in Cape Town. I spent a lot of money on these gifts and now have to leave for my holiday empty handed today. This is a bad reflection on Postnet Services, as I will never use or recommend them to any of my family or friends. They really put me in a predicament and caused me great distress.

I need my refund for services that was not provided ( if they can find it) 🤬
