Bad bad bad service, parcel not delivered

I have been waiting for my parcel from the 18th of december 2018 and I thought there’s a delay since it’s festive season today I call and they telling it was delivered to sboniso , who is Sboniso ?? Because there isn’t any Sboniso in my house ....it’s only myself and my newborn ..... so your guys are now *****ing our parcels now ?? This is bad and I want my stuff because I paid for it
