Bad bad bad service by Aramex S. A

On Saturday 02/03/2024 I send a package with Postnet Vereeniging to Westdene Johannesburg. On Tuesday 05/03/2024 I made an enquiry in regard of when will the package which were with Aramex for delivery be delivered, I was astonished by their answer why it were not delivered- they Aramex informed me the street address were in afrikaans and could not he delivered as they don't under stand where it was. I addressed the it at Postnet to - 23a Eerste laan Westdene Jhb. They did not even bothered to even phone me or the receiver, both our phone numbers were on the delivery note to adj or enquire for the address. This is the worst excuse I have ever heard of in my life.
