Bad bad bad. Rather not use their services if you want to be spared a lot of frustration

Very bad service waiting for a parcel for more than a week an no way to get feedback on when I can expect the parcel. Service centre call cut off after 10 min when no one answers their phone. Chat bot and whatsapp no one reply with an answer.
