Bad bad bad first experience with Aramex. The worst experience ever!!!!

I’m so annoyed at Aramex South Africa…. I couriered my parcel on the 27th of April 2022, and on the 05th of May I contacted them and that’s when they decide to tell me that my parcel was ******.

So if I hadn’t contacted them I was going to wait for my parcel the whole year? And they tell me they can’t do anything about that. I’m so annoyed. For my first experience, this was so unprofessional and ******** of them…. I will never use Aramex!!! 😡😡😡
