Bad bad bad bad to the core

Bad bad bad!!!!!! I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered and have since to receive it. It has been more than the set period of 5 working days !!!!!!!!!! I keep calling and calling to no avail. The delivery guy who was to deliver said he is off and he can't or won't do it because it is late. The next thing I Get an email telling me that the parcel has been delivered. I didn't get any call when the supposed "delivery" was delivered. The lady I spoke to on the phone who called me today assured me that I would receive it today but alas no delivery this is a very serious matter as no one seems to be taking a paying customer seriously. I have paid for the product but still no product. The order was placed on the 13th of December 2024 and still on the 24th of December 2024it has not been received!!!!!!!!!!
