BAD BAD BAD BAD DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there was an option to give no stars I would. I am utterly dissatisfied with the service I am receiving with Aramex South Africa.

I had a store-to-door parcel created on Friday the 27th of September and it is still not picked up by Aramex yet I have made several calls regarding this with no success. The item was supposed to be in PE by 1 October 2024 but we still have not received it. It's sitting somewhere in South Africa
