Bad attitude and non transparent fees
On 06 October I received an email from Bernice Jansen Van Rensburg from aramex saying they needed documents for them to release my package at customs. I sent everything the same day and called her to find out if she received them seeing that she had not yet rep****. She confirmed that she received them and she was going to forward them to customs and she would get back to me in 4-6 days. I then sent an email on the fourth day just to make a follow up that’s when she rep**** rudely to me saying “today is only the 3rd working day” I then said I was just asking. She then rep**** rudely again telling me that “it is human error and she doesn’t have a laptop she’s sharing a laptop with someone else” I don’t understand how that is my problem however I received the revised invoice towards the end of the with triple the amount that was sent. Such untransparency and bad bad service from such a big company makes me wonder if these amounts even exists or if they charge as they please because how do you make an error of a whole R1000??????
