Bad Aramex service on Store to door

Worst service I have ever had. My parcel is 4 days late (still not delivered), at one point my parcel was lost and there was communication Unti; I called in and made enquires and even then, I was not getting any straight answers. Suffered great inconvenience as the parcel I was waiting for was urgent.
