Bad after sale support from the delivery company

I am not happy with this company, I ordered last week. Monday I got an SMS saying my parcel is out for delivery, firstly their links do not work, so you cant even track whats happening, spent the while day waiting for call from driver but nothing. I went online its so hard to reach the customer support, the form submition online is broken as well, I ended up on fb and that's were I found the agent, and she said my address was wrong. This is second time i made an order, the 1st driver made it without issues, so I give street address since i live in new developments and google map doesn't recognize us as yet, so the first driver called when they got to were I stay, but this driver didnt call i doubt he even came, so when I finally found an agent was told the parcel was returned because of address, like why did I put my number there for. I just received the parcel today something that was supposed to be here Monday, please improve your customer service
