Baaaaaad service

Very poor service. I ordered clothes from Shein last year in November and Aramex was suppose to deliever in December the 15th but they never said anything till I called them only to find out my parcel was "hijacked." They never compensated me for my R1000 customs fee till today and I never even got a call from them after that incident. My tracking No was : ***
