Awfully Awful

Is there anyone out there kind enough to explain to me why Aramex (as a whole company) is still in business? I just don't understand.

This is the worst company I've ever come across in my life. I ordered some products overseas, they arrived in South Africa on the 13th of December 2020 and I'm yet to receive them.

I've called them 567 811 times and they do not answer their phones. What kind of nonsense is this? They just don't take their business seriously.

Somebody please help me
