Awful, the app is inaccurate support is useless.

If I could give 0 stars I would my delivery has supposedly been put for 3 days no delivery has arrived I have been sitting by my gate only to later see that the app claims they "unsuccessfully attempted delivery" when no one showed up. Calling support is beyond useless they will not contact drivers so if your package has been ****** I suppose that's not their problem. Support would not put me through to a supervisor either. I am disgusted with this service.
