Awful service has a name - ARAMEX

Firstly, there should be a -5 rating here because that's what Aramex deserves. My parcel reached OR Tambo airport on 6 June. I kept following up daily until clearance was paid for on 17 June. They updated the App on 18 June saying the parcel is cleared and on its way to Aramex. From then everyday I am told it will arrive the next day. The employee I spoke to today is the true definition of poor service. She just dropped the call when I enquired why I should wait for a parcel from Modderfontein to Bryanston for a week. Did I tell you that this is express shipping?
