Awful Service

It is impossible to interact with this Company. I have mailed, phoned, waited 11 minutes on hold, been cut off four times. it is impossible to get hold of any management as nobody is authorized to give you numbers. It is just one giant call centre. I have problems with clearing goods through customs due to Aramex inefficiencies. All I want to do is have my problem escalated to management level so that I can point out their issues. Impossible to deal with
