Awful service

Easily the worst courier company I've had to deal with. Two separate orders listed as "undeliverable" for no reason. Sending branch apparently can't access information on what's going on at the delivery branch. The longest hold times I've experienced in ages (with utterly godawful on hold music to torment me just that little bit more). I've resolved to not use any company that uses these idiots to deliver in future.
