Awful Courier experience

What an awful experience with Aramex South Africa wow so dissapointing. Purchased from Nike and it's my 8th year buying from Nike with same address and details nothing changed. All of a sudden the driver sents me a WhatsApp while I was offline and she updates the system as "Client not available " The same client has been getting deliveries for the past 8 years on the same address and miracle drivers used magic to get here which she couldn't. What annoys me is chating to a bot while humans are hired at such facilities. No number to call to lodge a complaint against the driver. Then what is that ? I pay Nike and they get my staff to Aramex but Aramex decided to hire a driver this time that can't use their GPS. Someone is getting paid for being lazy and customers that actually bring in money are affected by all this? What is this honestly.
