Awaiting Package from May 26

This has been the worst experience ever. I have been waiting for my package from the 26th of May, that is 11 working days. I'm in Sandton, not too far away from their offices. How hard is it to deliver a package within a radius of 10km?

I've tried calling their support center. They either keep me on hold for 10min+, transfer me to another department, and then wait another 10min, and finally the call gets hanged up. It is so frustrating. I am willing to fetch the package myself. I will even pay to fetch my own package.

Aramex South Africa, is horrible. Out of all the businesses that unfortunately had to close their doors during this pandemic, they should've went down with them. Even the services at our government departments are better!!!
