Awaiting package for 2months!!!

I was supposed to receive a package from a friend in Pretoria to Langebaanweg on the 12 June.This is ridiculously frustrating,because no one cared to update me,I've been calling them and the 3rd party(Intertown Couriers Cape Town) every second day,only to get the same response.They gave me the run around until the 5th week,in which they said they'll run an investigation.It's 2months down the line and they're still investigating.

The package in question is a phone,surely they know how much this is inconviencing me.I've been beyond patient.This is extremely unprofessional.
