Awaiting Delivery

The worst experience ever. Useless. I've been waiting for my parcel since the 15th Aug. Tried calling but no one seems to pick up - After 40min I have ended the call. This is unprofessional. Everytime it's a different story/excuse from them. Paid customs AFTER I requested a quote from them. Immediate payment and still waiting.
