Avoid using Aramex if you need overnight courier service!

Worst ever. Do not believe what they tell you! Avoid using Aramex! They say delivery before 12 the next day between major centers. Had a parcel sent from Kimberley to Table view. Kimberley is classified as a major centre. Was supposed to be delivered today. Just found out the parcels are first sent to Johannesburg. Customer services cannot tell me when my parcel will eventually be delivered. No communication to inform me that there is no overnight delivery from Kimberley. Tracking on App does not work!!
