Avoid using Aramex as couriers at all cost.

I have sent an expensive package (insured for $2500) through Aramex to a friend in Italy. The package has been switched with another one with different documentation by Aramex and the Pretoria manager Louis Deswart is giving me the run about, trying to entrap me with attempts to contact their sub contractors in an attempt to deny liability. I was stupid enough to trust Aramex as I did high risk sub contracting to protect some of their deliveries in South Africa. I would strongly advise against using Aramex for anything.
