Avoid this company

Actually one star is not even worth this company, we sent a shipment to New Zealand the tracking made it to Dubai and after that they lost the parcel it has been 30 days now. They promise to email or phone each day and have to date done nothing to find this parcel. When you phone them they tell you they will hand it off to the "team".
