Avoid them at all cost. Terrible service.

Aramex South Africa delivered poor service. My package arrived in the country on 1 December. Today is the 4th and there have been no updates since then.

I called their office three times. Each consultant gave a different answer. One said the package was on its way to Cape Town. Another said it was at their Sandton facility. The last one said it was still at the airport. It seems they do not know where the package is.

Avoid them at all cost. Terrible service.
