Avoid sending valuable items

We use Aramex a Lot and Most of the Time we get a great service from them. however most recently Parcels have been delivered late and in one instance our client received a completely different parcel than the one he Ordered. Hat to spend Hundreds on airtime as emails are not answered. Spoke to 3 different people each of them promising to resolve the matter. only to find out after a week that the issue has not been dealt with. Drop box parcels are not insured so it Leaves us with an un Happy client wanting a new Parcel or his Full refund including courier cost Very unhappy with the service getting worse and worse as time goes on
