Avoid Aramex the worst courier ever.
My parcel was received on 12/12/2021 in South Africa. Today 23/12/2021 the parcel is not cleared or even presented to customs with unacceptable answers from Aramex. "Hello, thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience! The concerned team is aware of your request and we’ll keep you posted with the latest updates. Let us know if you need any other help."

31 Dec 2021, 17:10Today is the last day of 2021 and my parcel is still not delivered. Now they use the excuse that the customer is unavailable rescheduled. This is about the most *********** company I ever dealt with.

31 Dec 2021, 17:17Hopefully my 2021 Christmas present will be received before Christmas 2022. Looks like all the management are on holiday leaving *********** workers in charge. We have a saying in Afrikaans As die kat weg is, is die muis baas.
