Avoid aramex for your own sanity

Atrocious service, avoid at all cost. I ordered a parcel ex China 5 weeks ago, it was delivered to them 1Nov 2021 it arrived in JHB 21 Nov 2021 it has been stuck in JHB Since then (now 6/12/21) because the documentation I uploaded clearly showed CNY currency but some numbnut decided that $ would be better so my customs and freight are more than double what I paid for the goods, Well done, you have officially showed yourself to be worse than ZA post office. It took faster to get something from Wish.com via the ****ing post office than using Aramex. Forget about using the ticket system to raise an issue, they will close the ticket as resolved without doing anything about it.
