Avoid Aramex by all means

If I could rate this company no stars, I would. On the 22nd of November I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered the 5th of December. Aramex has since marked my package delivered in their tracking process yet I have not received anything. I have escalated this with them and I’m now being told my package was not delivered. It was an incorrect update on their side and that my package is missing. Their customer service executive, Thozama Madikane sends multiple generic messages with no effort and probably no attempt of trying to investigate and provide feedback. I am gutted as this was a birthday gift.
