Avoid Aramex at all costs. Worst shipping service ever!!

Do not use Aramex for international shipping. Their customer service is apalling, their website is buggy and they send out emails which have non-working links.

I ordered three items from overeas in the same week, DHL shipped my order from the US to CT in 6 days. Fedex shipped my order from China to CT in 8 days. But my Aramex order has been in transit for 13 days and has not yet cleared customs in JHB?!

Apparently there are "delays" but they can't explain why or when I might reasonably get my parcel.

Don't use Aramex if you expect an efficient shipping service.
