Avoid Aramex

Delivery services in South Africa has definitely been exceptionally good in South Africa for the past few years, from PostNet, Takealot to Courier Guy, to name a few. One noticeable exception, regrettably, is Aramex South Africa. I remain profoundly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I have received from Aramex for the past couple of months. The systems and/or internal organisation appear to be failing them. It appears that they have difficulty locating delivery addresses, not system in place to provide feedback or updates and resorts to blaming a third-party service provider. Going out of my way to avoid using the company.
