Avoid Aramex

I shipped an order through Global shipper over a month ago and eventually got delivered to my old address after changing it on their system and via the phone. Now after complaining twice the address has been corrected but when I check the delivery status for the past two days i see "Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled". I am not aware of any delivery attempts and no one called me.
