Avoid Aramax courier

There are plenty of courier companies one can use that competes sufficiently. I used Aramax for the first time. Never again! The delivery guy said to me "here is your parcel its broken because people threw it around, but you must sign!".

I emailed Aramax twice and after a while a lady phoned me and started accusing the sender of sending broken things, which by the way was my mother. I guess that's what we do we send each other broken things.

So the parcel was broken it was a plastic bottle, not even glass. How hard does one have to "throw" a plastic bottle for it to break? Then the lady said it was our fault because we didn't pack it right. And so the story continues.

How can a company like @PickandPay associate themselves with such unprofessional services? Also I know that the terms and conditions stipulate that one sends at own risk and that Aramax will not be held liable for damage. But deliberate vandalism?

Rather pay a bit extra before you replace an item.
