Package received in SA 30 April. Package to customs 3 May. Package still in customs 17 May and counting... Blatant lies by senior personnel 'I will make sure we get it tomorrow' (10 May) Don't bother to reply and **** smoke up my @ss with some generic excuse/response. Get your act together.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us. We apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard.
As per our various communications with you, the parcel is currently held by Customs as it required additional documentation for clearance. We have submitted the documents you supp**** and we are following up with Customs to get this resolved as soon as possible.
We can unfortunately not control the Customs process directly, however we are putting the necessary pressure where possible to get this resolved.
