Attempted delivery. No phone call

I’m expecting a delivery for my boss today and since yesterday I’ve been tracking it online to make sure I don’t miss it. I was surprised and extremely annoyed when I checked the online tracking to discover that there was an attempted delivery notification and it was rescheduled. I’m highly annoyed because I assumed when a delivery is made, a phone call is made to inform one of such. BUT MY PHONE HASN’T EVEN RUNG. The service is appalling. Now I’m being told they’ll deliver tomorrow. But nobody called me!!! I’ve never used their service. This is the first and last time!!
