Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available is a lie. No calls no SMS

Horrible service. I have imported a pair of shoes and it 2 days it arrived in the country from Netherlands. No one calls....no one SMSs but suddenly i get the status of "Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled" on the tracking.
